He then revealed that his target is in reality Brooklyn , but he told Brooklyn in the beginning that Quinn was his fair game . After the nomination ceremonial occasion , Makensy Manbeck require Tucker if Cam was the target if Quinn gain the veto . He told her that maybe it would be Kimo if the thing he was hearing rang true .
