Shrekalso put Dreamworks on the map as a tangible choice to Disney . These days , theShrekfranchise moviesare still break edge , and for that reason , oneShreksequel stands above the rest .
Shrek 5has been in ontogeny for several eld now , but only lately was the motion-picture show really confirmed . In a recent interview withCollider , Eddie Murphy revealed that the first half of theShrek 5moviehas already been recorded . He predictedShrek 5will be eject in 2025 . Murphy also noted that aDonkeyspinoff film is happening . All in all , this is very exciting news program for theShrekfranchise , but I still experience something is missing . I ca n’t wait to see Shrek and Donkey back on the big projection screen , but there ’s another movie that I ’d be much more excited for .
Shrek is filled to the brim with fairytale address but the film is also abundant with details that many fans missed out on .

Namely , this is becausePuss in Bootsis much more authoritative to me – and crucially to audiences – mightily now . AfterPuss in Boots : The Last Wish’sincredible success in 2022 , the charming cat ’s story is much more pressing . Puss in Boots 2gave Dreamworks its best domestic box seat bureau carrying into action in almost a ten . Not to advert , the movie earned an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature . Since we have already wait a X forShrek 5,I could wait a little longer .

I thinkPuss in boot 3could by all odds go on , but not for a while . As Joel Crawford state , Puss in Boots : The Last Wishhad such a positive chemical reaction , it would be strange if a sequel did n’t happen . However , withShrek 5and aDonkeyspinoff in the future , it seemsPuss in Bootswill get put on the backburnerfor a while . While I have to admit I am disappoint , theShrekfranchise is a film serial that systematically delivers . No matter what come next forShrek , I will be at the movie theater regardless .
