Together , Jaime and his new allies in Palmera City fought to defend the Horizon , a peaceful offshoot of the nefarious Reach . However , after an intense battle with the Blood Scarab , Roma assay out Victoria Kord ’s assist . Roma long for her life back in Blüdhaven , back before she joined with her scarabaeus . Kord , looking to glean exotic technology for her own use , thirstily agreed .
Pinnacle is partially made up of Nitida ’s scarabaeus , along with several other piece of alien tech Victoria managed to incorporate . The end result was a monster that nearly wiped Palmera City off of the map , thanks to its inability to be destroyed . Like the Sentinels , Pinnacle was created to safeguard humanity from scourge and just like the zombie from the Marvel Universe , Pinnacle causes more problem than it solve . Worse yet , despite everything that Blue Beetle and his ally give at it , Pinnacle is still around , meaning it could return to endanger the DC Universe at any moment .
The True Danger of Blue Beetle’s ‘Sentinel’
Scarabs are one of the dandy weapons in the DC Universe and Nitida ’s mallet made Pinnacle more powerful than even Victoria realized . for sure , Blue Beetle and his comrades beat it , but they ca n’t destruct it . While Jaime made the call to try and reclaim Pinnacle , it ’s move to be hard to unwrap the damage Victoria did . If the efforts to retrain Pinnacle fail , it wo n’t be long before it examine to pass another assault on anything it deem a terror to the world . Pinnacle may not be as speculative as theX - Men’sSentinels , but it ’s a danger all the same .
